We realise that choosing a tactile design object for your home isn’t easy to do via the internet. By offering as many photographs, measurements, instructions and videos of our products as possible, we try to make the decision process smoother for you, but sometimes something still goes wrong.
It might be that the wrong electrical function was chosen for your installation, that the material or finish isn’t quite what you expected, or that despite all efforts to provide all the dimensions, the item just doesn’t fit where it ought to.
Your rights to return purchased goods
As per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any item bought online within 14 days (the “cooling off period”), for a full refund.
Beyond that we offer an exchange or replacement of unwanted items within 30 days, or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
For returns after 14 days to be accepted, the items must be unused, in resellable condition and in their original packaging. Unless the returned item is proven to be faulty or damaged, you have to cover the shipping costs back to us and the shipping of the replacement to you.

It is very important that you keep your proof of postage and/or tracking information for the return shipment.
Please also note that it is your responsibility to check that the courier service you use for the return of any item accepts all materials enclosed in the package.
Return shipping costs and refunds
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
