A modern classic in switch design, admired by architects since 1967 for its restrained, clean lines, now available as British Standard sockets. These luxurious metal versions are made from solid brass. The isolating switches and socket holes are dark brown plastic (safety regulations don’t allow metal ones).
Jung sockets are available with and without small isolation switches. Unswitched sockets are less common in the UK, but they are perfectly safe and compliant with building regulations.
Jung has a huge range of wiring products, functions and devices that can be combined with these frames, including standard British wiring accessories such as fused spurs. Contact us for information on other options if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

Does this cover a standard british back box?
This product covers a standard knockout box, but it doesn't cover the flanges of standard drywall boxes. We recommend using "flat plate" drywall boxes or European round boxes.
How deep does the back box need to be?
This needs a slightly deeper box, at least 35mm.
